"Encrypted by a device not verified by its owner" in message sent by device itself
Steps to reproduce
When opening Element this morning after a while not using it (but never deinstalled!), in a conversation the app now shows a red shield icon with every single message sent from this same device. Clicking on the icon, a popup shows with under the "Trust" heading: "Encrypted by a device not verified by its owner". This is extra-weird because this never showed up before, and this account is only using the iOS client always on the same device, and it never showed this before.
On the Element-web client of the conversation partner, these red icons do not show.
Outcome
What did you expect?
Not needing to verify the only device that this account is using.
What happened instead?
The red icons show up.

Same issue here.
the people who write this software need to find people who've never used it before to verify whether their software is as easy to use as they imagine. They'll see that they're writing help files for nothing as the people who'd be able to understand them don't need them and the people who need them don't understand them.
Exactly the same issue with Element version: 1.11.58 on Linux
