Display the option "Share invite link" only when the room is accessible by link

Steps to reproduce

When the user decides to invite new room members, the following screen is displayed: The option "Share invite link" is always displayed

If the user clicks on it, they are invited to send a room link. This link is useful only when the room access is public.

Outcome

I suggest displaying this option only when the room access rule is public (or knock) I would hide this option for other room access value : invite, restricted. In case of a restricted room, the link may work but only for people who match the restriction, so I would prefer to hide it
