Add support for context menus in timeline screen

Hypothesis

Following Apple's HIG where possible we help people know how to navigate and use Element on iOS.

Proposal

Support context menus where people might expect them, eg

  • A message in a timeline

Currently messages have the below menu

A context menu could be incorporated instead
