Nasty multiple scoped_dir directories in Program Files

Steps to reproduce

1. Used desktop Element version: 1.11.109
2. RSS bot added.
3. In Program Files many dirs like scoped_dir4243_2344334323 appear from time to time, but no one is deleted.
4. There is bot logo image inside this dirs.

Outcome

What did you expect?

No scoped_dir in Program Files. If these are temporary files, they should be located in some special temp directory, like c:\windows\temp or similar. And they should be deleted after expiring.

What happened instead?

Huge amount of nasty scoped_dir directories in Program Files.

This sounds like an upstream issue with Chromium https://issues.chromium.org/issues/42323359. The reproduction steps seem to match the complaints although the upstream issue has been closed due to inactivity (fantastic /s).
