Cannot upload Recovery Key on Verification step
Steps to reproduce
Hi,
I recently removed :8008 from my server name and I had to reconnect all users. Before logout I exported my security session keys. After restarted matrix-synapse service, when I tried to restore session keys, it just don't allow any inputs or select in the:

Outcome
What did you expect?
I expected to upload the key file or enter a password.
What happened instead?
Nothing, literally. Not able to select or input.

Tested this is working generally so this really is quite an edge case, I didn't try setting up an HS and removing the port to reproduce.
I'm not sure it's an edge case, I'm experiencing this when logging into normal matrix.org account, without any home server or port shenanigans.
