Missing Signature in `Element_ExecutionStub.exe`

Steps to reproduce

Our organisation uses application allowlisting with Microsoft Applocker to restrict user execution of unauthorized binaries. We have allowed the Element Desktop app for Windows via it's Authenticode signature.

Version 1.11.95 is missing the Authenticode Signature for the stub exe and thus fails in running Element Desktop.

Outcome

What did you expect?

Element Desktop being allowed to run since the exe is signed

What happened instead?

Element Desktop being blocked by Applocker

We are experiencing the same behavior with Microsoft Attack Surface Reduction blocking the Element.exe file.
