Authentication data not being deleted after uninstall (windows)

Steps to reproduce

1. Where are you starting? What can you see? I am installing element after having uninstalled it in windows 11

Outcome

What did you expect?

I expected that an uninstall would delete all the application data and the login screen would pop up after a fresh install.

What happened instead?

The account logged in before uninstalling was still there.
