Clicking on notifications don't bring Element to the top on macOS

Steps to reproduce

1. Receive a message
2. Click on the notification that shows up

Outcome

What did you expect?

Element should be brought into the foreground

What happened instead?

Element stays in the background

I noticed this after updating Element today. I'm pretty sure it wasn't happening before updating.

It looks like I'm experiencing a similar problem in other applications that have since been restarted so there might be something weird going on in macOS
