Element echoes even everything is set up properly

Steps to reproduce

I use element desktop on debian. When I create a video chat between a element-desktop on windows or phone, Mostly I hear my voice echoed but I hear the other person's voice crystal clear. Sometimes it behaves in the opposite where I dont hear my voice echoed but the other person claims he hears his voice echoed. Even with headphones.

I checked all the settings; enabled the echo cancelation from options but it doesnt work.

What can I do to achive crystal clear communication on the both sides?

Outcome

I expect good voice transmission without echo.

Me or other person hear voice with echo.
