Option to flip video feeds horizontally

Steps to reproduce

1. Draw a diagram on the back of an envelope
2. Hold up the diagram to the camera so that the other person can see it
3. Feel annoyed that your local view is flipped horizontally and you can't unflip it.
4. Feel doubly annoyed that Jitsi has a flip button these days for this situation.
