no way show self camera view, once "always show" is toggled off

Steps to reproduce

1. start a video call
2. long press self camera view
3. turn off "always show"

Outcome

What did you expect?

An easy way to enable self view back.

What happened instead?

I don't see myself more!

I'm definetely sure this is a bug and not a enhancement.

I'm not sure this is exactly element-x-android bug, as element-web has the same issue.
