Steps to reproduce
EX should give a feedback ringing tone when the callee phone has started ringing.

Ringing tone when a call using EC is made

No sounds whatsever to indicate that called device is ringing.

Can pls define your use-case a bit more in detail? Is it about group calls or DM calls etc.
This is about DM call acting like traditional phone. When you call somebody using a phone you get a local feedback of a ring. In EC there is no sound when calling somebody. EA (1:1) has the feature but EX does not.
The duplicate issue report in EXA gives a nice user case. This is about direct calls:
What would you like to do?
When I call someone through Element Call, I want to be able to tell when the other person has picked up without having to stare at the screen.
Why would you like to do it?
Because I want to be able to look elsewhere while I wait.
How would you like to achieve it?
I'd like Element X to behave like other apps: ring while you're waiting for someone to pick up, stop ringing (and maybe give some additional audio feedback) when someone picks up. (the latter aspect seems to be covered by https://github.com/element-hq/element-call/pull/2794)
