Other callers are invisible (Safari, iOS 12.4)

Describe the bug Other callers are invisible when an iOS 12 device joins a call.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Join call via link
  2. Allow camera permissions
  3. See gray

Expected behavior Others callers should be able to see and hear the device.

  • Device: iPhone 6
  • OS: iOS 12.4
  • Browser: Safari

Additional context Other users cannot see the iOS caller at all, as if they had never joined.
