Tapping on menus appear for one frame (Safari, iOS 12.4)

Describe the bug Tapping on a menu (either the user menu on the top right, or a 3-dots menu in the camera view) instantly disappears when tapped.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a call
2. Tap on a menu

Expected behavior Menus stay open to use the options within.
