Low key UX that lets you nudge somebody to mute themselves if their microphone is hot but it's otherwise inappropriate to interrupt the flow of conversation to ask them to mute.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Bob joins the call, he's four minutes late and Alice is already talking. Bob's microphone is noisy - not so noisy you have to interrupt Alice and ask him to mute, but certainly noisy enough to make it hard to concentrate on what she's saying.

Describe the solution you'd like A little button on Bob's avatar/display that lets you send a polite nudge reminding him his mic's on. Nobody else sees that you've sent this. It's rate limited so you can't go bananas.

Describe alternatives you've considered Jitsi boops you if it thinks your mic is noisy, but it's bad at its job. Humans are great at detecting what's annoying to humans, so lets give them a way to communicate the issue politely.

Additional context Please implement this. Asking Bob to mute can come across rude to Bob and Alice. Of course we could just try and find a polite time to interrupt Alice and a lighthearted way to ask Bob to mute but... software could mean we don't have to. We should experiment with other subtle UX interactions, too - it would be great to have non-interrupting support for asking to speak or advertising that you have have to leave now.
