Mute shortcuts don't work in the lobby

Steps to reproduce

1. Enter the lobby of a call (eg. click on an entry in the recents list from the homepage)
2. Press 'm' or 'v' on the keyboard

Outcome

What did you expect?

Video / audio mute state toggled

What happened instead?

Nothing

We should probably wire these up so they work on the lobby screen.
