Second mic track published (bug 2)

Steps to reproduce

Somehow it is still possible to get two audio tracks published. I've just observed this in Firefox when adding multiple audio devices, unplugging them and then plugging them back in again. Muting caused on capture device to be muted, but obviously not the other.
