Getting VectorPreferences from SDK

Hello, I'm forking this project, and I'd like to know how I can access VectorPreferences configuration from the matrix-android-sdk. Is there any commits that do this? I need to access a vectorPreferences.shouldDoFoo() item to decide behavior in matrix-android-sdk
