Missing option "Match default setting" for room notification settings

Steps to reproduce

There is no way to set a room's notifications to "Match default setting" on Android. Room settings that have been set to "Match default setting" on Element Web are shown as "All messages" on Android, and behave as "Match default settings". There is no way to tell which room is really set to "All messages" or "Match default setting", which can be confusing when the default setting is "off" and certain rooms don't send notifications despite showing a different setting.
