Microphone is in use all the time, even when the app is closed and the system's permission doesn't allow it
Steps to reproduce
- Open the app.
- Close the app.
- See in the device's notification, the system shows Microphone in use notification from Element app all the time and can't be cleared from the notification area, as shown in the screen recording below:

What did you expect?
The app respects the system's setting and doesn't use microphone all the time.
What happened instead?
The microphone is in use all the time, according to the system's notification.
This issue could be related to issue #3035.
