voice call connection failed to established

Steps to reproduce

1. Make voice call with other people
2. people on the other side can hear the ring and also can press button for answering the call.
3. But Element Android will stuck on "connecting". until timeout.

Outcome

What did you expect?

connection established, and users in both side are able to talk to each other.

What happened instead?

stuck on "connecting"
