Attach from gallery opens file picker instead of gallery

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to a chat.

2. Click the + to attach a file.

3. Press "Gallery":

   

Outcome

What did you expect?

I expect to get to choose images from the gallery app.

What happened instead?

Instead I get the file picker, the exact same thing as if I pressed "File". Since they are different buttons, I expect them to have different behavior. It's more bothersome to select images from the file picker than the gallery view.

I've swapped this to an enhancement as the typical behaviour is for apps is to create their own gallery previews (using whatsapp, signal, slack and discord as examples)
