Updating to latest Raylib and Raygui

Ran git submodule update --remote --merge to update both submodules.

I read through the README and this seems to be the way to do this. Very sorry if I've messed something up.

Thanks for doing this. I've re-done it myself with the exact version tag 4.5 for the Raylib submodule. What is the purpose of the configoveride? Is that the only way to get JPG support in Raylib now?
