Community site to discuss/keep track of forks?

This might seem like a dumb issue, but there are currently 3000 people forking C&C as of roughly a month of its release

I've been using https://techgaun.github.io/active-forks/index.html#electronicarts/CnC_Remastered_Collection to see which ones are active and github itself to follow them, but that's a bit over the top, I'm happy for my inbox to be flooded with C&C related commits and discussions, most people will just want to get a quick summary

Also, without general awareness of what other people are doing, it's all too easy to do redundant work

Where is the 'hub' that people go to in order to chat and collaborate about this thing? If there is one already, can it be linked and promoted here?
