Forces and stress tensor for spin-orbit

For some reason forces and stress are not yet implemented for spin-orbit coupling.

I am not aware of any specific term due to SO interactions for the forces and stress. Some reference needed.

We can close this issue as there is no contribution to force and stress coming from SO interaction alone.
