Is '--squirrel-updated' deprecated/removed?

Hey,

We updated to [email protected] and have noticed that the desktop icon broke. On further debugging, we found that the command line argument --squirrel-updated on which we were relying on for updating the path of the icon is not coming at all.

Was this intentional or a bug? Is there a workaround?
