Link not translatable in Quick Start

In Get Started/ Quick Start There is "During execution, Electron will look for this script in the main field of the app's package.json config, which you should have configured during the app scaffolding step." This paragraph get a link (app scaffolding) to the anchor "Scaffold the project" https://www.electronjs.org/docs/latest/tutorial/quick-start#scaffold-the-project BUT the text of this link is not translatable (no hidden Text with link at the end of the crowdin quick-start.md So no way to have this link working....
