Show progress while publishing artifacts

it would be nice if there's a progress bar showing current progress while uploading artifacts to Github.

Currently on the makers we publish artifacts in parallel so progress would have to be overall progress unless someone knows how to render multiple progress bars in a terminal window at once 😆
