gravatar.com blocked for some users

A followup to https://github.com/electron/electron.atom.io/issues/609

Some users don't see the avatars on http://electron.atom.io/userland/package_authors because they have an ad blocker (or something) that disallows content from gravatar.com

One way to work around this would be to run a gravatar proxy server...
