It's difficult to find where to report security issues

@felixrieseberg suggested that people might just start scanning the front page to look for a reporting link, and when they make it down to the apps section on the main page they'll give up and visit some of the name-brand apps on that list and see if they can shop their security issues there instead of contacting the Electron team.

Right now you have to click on a "Community" link to even find the mailto:[email protected] which is not intuitive
