Adding a new application

When you install the software and navigate to the installed folder you will see the package.json and main.js (uses electron) files. You can see the code of main.js because the main part which is closed is the Python code.

Description

BV (Brilliant Vision) is a software that has multiple independent projects related to computer vison applications. In the future the projects could increase depending on the specific needs of the users/companies.
