Well, looks like there is already an app directory in the git repo!

Therefore, git clone within the script release.sh is failing.

Seems like the app folder was added on June 16 with 85c33b044c932816a5240d898172618f90cd1ce1.

However, the "Update data and release" action was already failing before June 16 - the last successful run was on May 10th.
