Every subconfig should be able to override metadata
Enhancement Request:
The ability to specify extraMetadata in any of the top level targets. For example snap.extraMetadata would be considered a valid config options.
Explanation:
This would allow overriding certain config options (such as name) for only some of the targets. This is necessary when we have to publish to snapcraft under a different name then we do for all the other targets.
Work arounds:
It is currently possible to work around this by specifying a seperate config file for the electron-builder invocation, however this means that we now have to make sure these two things stay in sync
