Electron-builder / publish not using release-notes.md

The documentation says build/release-notes.md file should be used as release notes by default, but it does not seem to actually use that file for anything. I've manually specified the releaseNotesFile in the package.json (in the build section) as well in the command prompt itself (-c.releaseInfo.releaseNotesFile) and nothing seems to make a difference. The only thing I've noticed that it's even attempting to look at that file, is when I purposefully point the command prompt argument to a file that doesn't exist, and get an error in the output about it not existing.

Is this still relevant? If so, what is blocking it? Is there anything you can do to help move it forward?

As far as I'm aware, this is still happening.

Still happening... stalebot is an anti-pattern. Bugs go stale without being touched at all.
