Migrate to docusaurus

All Docs has been migrated to docusaurus

  • some styling changes are still left tho
  • github workflow yet to be setup

This PR can't be accepted as-is because it will break existing formatting on the GitBook site and I don't think we're quite ready to migrate yet.

I think we would eventually want to implement this as a /docs directory to the main Electron Forge repo as well so that we're syncing the site to specific releases.
