how to add or generate new font for use with libDaisy?

Hi, not a maintainer here, but I wrote a little python tool to help with that. See the thread Wrote a CLI tool to help create fonts for daisy

You can use Pixel-Forge to create the font then convert it using my tool. This should probably resolve the issue..?
