USB stops working with semihosting enabled

Seems like setting the necessary linker flags for semi-hosting result in non-functional USB.

There's a bit of additional information for reproduction of the issue on this forum thread

The report specifically mentions USB MIDI, but I'm assuming the same will be true for USB CDC as well.
