[App feedback] Disclaimer is not visible enough

Description

I have had a user report to me that the disclaimer icon is not visible enough and that they couldn't see it

I think we will rework this a little as a part of #6035 as it currently don't work on mobile either.

(basically just linking these issues so we do both at once)
