Improve front end testing!

Description

Let make cypress more robust.

Currently it sometimes passes on CI and mostly fails locally.

Let's spend some time to make it pass more reliably.

Bonus task: Increase test coverage 🥇

@Ugzuzg Did a great job making it more reliable and upgrading us to cypress 10. There's always room to improve testing but we can close this and make tickets for more coverage, browsers etc as we see fit.
