Split Faroe Islands (FO) to two separate zones 🇫🇴

Hi all! Seems like we can split Faroe Islands in two separate zones: a smaller southern zone for the island of "Suðuroynna", and the rest as a big northern zone with the main islands :)

There is no electrical interconnection between the zones, so we have everything we need to split FO.

This would also be a good time to clean up the Faroe Islands geometries with the new geometry process. If anyone is keen lmk if you need help!

I have looked into the API endpoint we use today and I think it has all the data we need.

I'll see if I can get a PR ready to rewrite the parser in the coming days.
