But, Coal, Gaz, Fioul are all together in the "thermic" category

Does it break out hydro storage charging and discharging? I see "pompage" (is that "pumped" or "pumping"?) but it's always -

It is filled normally, i saw it >0

  • A branch is started here: https://github.com/tmrowco/electricitymap-contrib/tree/olc/split-FR
  • Interconnector data is missing, but the data provider has been alerted. I will report back progress here.

RTE came back to me and there are investigating.

The API doesn't support this data yet, but there are regional XLS files available here: https://www.rte-france.com/eco2mix/telecharger-les-indicateurs The data seems to be real-time!

I've been in touch with RTE and unfortunately there are still data issues on their CSV files and web interface. I'll report back on progress here.

Hi everyone, I don't know if you've seen this lately : Even if ODRÉ does not detail "termic" category, the RTE actual_generations_per_unit API details major units' productions (and is supposed to estimate productions for renewables). With a regional mapping file of units, it might be possible to deal with regions.

However I'm not sure we can achieve calculations of regional exchanges or market prices.

Since they are standard .geojson files we should be able to drag and drop them into our world.geojson file with some slight additions. I can look into this tomorrow if you want?
