Remove shape from ShapeLogCollector without requiring a process termination

Currently it is the termination of a consumer process that triggers removal of a shape from the ShapeLogCollector filters. In a world where there may not be a consumer for a shape we need to change this to a direct remove_shape message to the ShapeLogCollector - perhaps from the ShapeCleaner.
