Installed correctly but snippets still not working!

I installed these snippets but they don't work. I tried to import them (code snippets manager) but couldn't find the correct folder? How do I fix this? I would really want to use these snippets.

Same thing (VS2017), except that they do show in code snippets manager, it's just that they don't show in the snippets insert popup

Same thing in VS 2019, the best thing we could do is to copy the existing snippets in the custom user defined folder.
