NotPageList does not seem to work as intended

Describe the bug I tried to whitelist jpgs as described in the documentation, but they still do not show up as individual requests

The "hack" there does not work for me.

I'm using awstats 7.8

config-File says:

NotPageList="css js class gif png bmp ico swf"

I did wipe the old statistics and re-run everything with all the old logfiles.
