Add rel="noreferrer" to Links from an external page

Add rel="noreferrer" to Links from an external page (other web sites except search engines)

I mean to these links:

Not sure about 7.6, but on Awstats 7.7. these links do have noreferrer set.

It's bad idea anyway to have Awstats opened to the public.
