i get strong signals in tetra band

the script react to this freq: 391mhz 392mhz 393mhz I can see a big difference in my living room. In my country freq. plan (Norway) this are listed as TETRA , public safety network as base station. I can not find any FCC doc. for bugs in this freq band. What can I do to confirm that this is not a bugger?
