Use Shiny with Zeppelin-R

Hi Elbamos,

I really want Shiny to work with your Zeppelin-R notebook. I know you had told everyone that you need help with writing the code for Shiny and ggvis.

I will be happy to help your write the necessary code to enable Shiny to work with R. If you could guide me with what you need and help me conceptually, I would love to do this for you...

Great! Thanks!

The way shiny works, there has to be a websockets connection to a running R session. The first issue to deal with is whether we can reuse the same R session for both shiny and Zeppelin. I believe the answer is "no," but I'm not sure. If not, then we need a mechanism for launching separate R processes to run each shiny app. Then, we also need to modify Zeppelin so that web socket connections to the appropriate ports can get proxied back to the shiny instance.

I'm not sure how much else will be required, but that's definitely the starting point. Let me know if you'd like to speak on gitter or what have you.
