Self-Managed Ck8s on AWS public documentation

Describe the Issue

We would like to have a public documentation for self-managed ck8s on AWS public cloud and also include all the necessary details to deploy the ck8s on AWS.

This should be done using the Cluster-API method

The public doc should also include an important Warning that Cluster API repo is not public yet, and if any help is needed they can contact Elastisys administrators.

Definition of Done

Platform administration documentation (very basic, how to get started with ck8s on AWS) published on elastisys.io with instructions for how to deploy CK8s (using ClusterAPI) on AWS EC2 instances.
