Harmonise names of CISO dashboards

Describe the bug

Most Grafana CISO Dashboards are in the public docs named generically like "Cryptography Dashboard" or "Intrusion Detection Dashboard", while in Grafana they are actually called "Falco" and "NGINX Ingress Controller" respectivly. And we should harmonise this either by noting it in the documentation or our dashboards.

I would prefer the latter as it would improve the user experience and discoverability of those dashboards.
