Vulnerability management needs a separate page

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I would like to see Trivy and the CIS benchmark stuff described on a page. I realized this during a project where I search for evidence of what we do and what is included in our platform, that all I have to show is the markitechture image.

Describe the solution you'd like

A page that shows what we do w.r.t. vulnerability management in the platform that customers can look at:

• Trivy for container images at rest described (now exists at the Registry page)
• Starboard/Trivy during runtime described (now mentioned at the Vulnerability Dashboard page)
• CIS (and NSA?) benchmark results described (not mentioned today)
